I have the HC 221 LE and have been using it since November. It is an extremely quiet machine. My pressure is 12 which does not bother me although that high of a pressure does bother some people. You also hardly ever get rainout unless you turn the humidifier up all of the way. You're not supposed to get rainout at all but after you turn the humidifier up past the halfway mark, you do get some rainout. It is a straight cpap machine instead of an autopap. Most people seem to prefer the autopaps. I've never tried one. My insurance wouldn't allow me to have an autopap unless I couldn't comply with a cpap. You may want to check with your insurance to see what it pays for. I wish you the best of luck and sweet dreams!

I'm not sure how little information you have, this is the cpap.com product page, which may or may not help. Hope it does!

I have one also - had it since November. It is quiet, easy to use and hardly has any rainout, but I do keep some of the hose under the blanket. The only I have changed since November was the mask - it is now SWIFT nasal pillows - light and I have gotten used to it (adjusting straps, etc.) It is also a CPAP and I don;t mind the blow - my pressure in only 8.

Good luck.
