More difficultly/obstruction on exhale vs inhale?

Post by Doce » Thu Sep 26, 2019 8:49 am

Has anyone experienced more difficulty when exhaling through their mouth compared to inhaling when laying down?

I’ve noticed I sometimes seem to have difficulty/obstruction when breathing out through my mouth versus breathing in. It’s hard to describe, but almost seems my throat anatomy has a tendency to “catch” my breath when I’m exhaling through my mouth while laying down and completely relaxing all muscles in my head and neck.
