Sleeping position can sometimes make a big difference...
give it a few nights to see if there is a pattern here.

If you start having any nasal symptoms like an allergy attack or cold coming on..your nasal mucosa might lot like being dried out...so just watch out for that. Some people actually do better with minimal or even no added moisture. As long as your nose is happy its fine to go with minimal to none added moisture and trust me...if your nose gets unhappy about it you will know it.
Humidity needs and preferences are highly individualized.

The change to EPR at 3 might also be a factor....you just were more comfortable with it at 3 and maybe more comfort equaled sleeping better which in turn reduced the SWJ stuff from arousals.

So 3 things might have been a factor individually...and it is also possible that a combination of all 3 things played a factor.

My first night with the Resmed Aircurve 10 ASV: https://prnt.sc/p76gcm

Settings:
Mode -- ASVAuto
Min EPAP: 7
Max EPAP: 15
Min PS: 5 (I raised it from 3 to 5 during the night)
Max PS: 15

It took me a few hours to fall asleep and I didn't sleep long when I finally fell asleep. But I feel surprisingly well-rested given how little I slept.

The machine did flag a bunch of hypopneas, which look real: https://prnt.sc/p76ii2

My breathing pattern sometimes starts with big breaths that then get smaller and smaller like in a coiled pattern, then followed with a big breath and a repeat. Sometimes the machine flags a hypopnea when the breaths get smaller.

This chart shows this pattern several times: https://prnt.sc/p76jtt

Any idea what this is?
