When I first started treatment, I wanted to look at My Air, but every time I tried, it said there was no data available. At the end of the first month, the therapist at the DME called me and asked why I had not been using my machine. I told I used it every night, and had the sore on my nose to prove it. I took my machine in and they found the cellular module wasn't working. They gave me a new machine, and I found this forum that same day when I did a search to find a full face mask that was suitable for high pressure. Once I found this forum, I quit relying on My Air for information.
