If you call your credit card company, I think they will tell you that credits can take up to 7 business days. I have had this on several occasions. when I call they can't tell me why, but it takes that long...even when the vendor credits your account immediately.
Thank You, yes I did speak to my card co, & that is what they said. After that, they said they can get involved if need be.

Returns always take longer than needed.
Think 5 days interest times 50 million.
Petty theft on a global scale.
Only in America.

Well, my funds have been officially refunded. That was actually quick..

Maybe me mentioning that my Dr said to stop using that ozone maker immediately helped..

Anyone asks me about Noclean, I will have plenty to tell them..

When the rest of the planet forbids it, we will still have it.

Not surprised at all. With diminished cash flow, mounting negative PR, and two looming lawsuits now - things might get hairy up there.

Captain Kirk to engineering - more power Scotty !!!

Glad to hear you got your money back. "Ozone maker" - now that's precious......:D

I did get a phone call a day ago asking what was the issue with their product.. I was polite & told her.. She was recording every detail. What a nightmare..
A whole lot of investigation is ongoing before I spend a single dime.

Yes gotta be hurting their bottom line..

Scotty to Kirk: I'm giving her all shes's got Cap'n..

"Ozone maker" is pretty appropriate term, imo.
