If you call your credit card company, I think they will tell you that credits can take up to 7 business days. I have had this on several occasions. when I call they can't tell me why, but it takes that long...even when the vendor credits your account immediately.

Thank You, yes I did speak to my card co, & that is what they said. After that, they said they can get involved if need be.

Well, my funds have been officially refunded. That was actually quick..

Maybe me mentioning that my Dr said to stop using that ozone maker immediately helped..

Anyone asks me about Noclean, I will have plenty to tell them..

I did get a phone call a day ago asking what was the issue with their product.. I was polite & told her.. She was recording every detail. What a nightmare..
