Resmed 24V 4A plug

Can anyone identify the 7.6mm dia. Plug in rear of unit? Trying to connect battery.i have purchased two plugs, but they will not connect. There is a yellow plastic insert unlike the normal plug fitted for example to Dell laptops, which has a black insert.

It would help I think if you identify the machine - there are lots of models.
