Maybe. There may have been more events happen while still in ramp. Did you know that ResMed machines when in ramp don't flag anything?

Unrealistic expectation or goal IMHO. I don't expect it myself. If nothing else false positive events flagged while awake can keep you from reaching that goal. I had an AHI of 3.4 a while back...every single flagged event was related to awake breathing or an arousal.
Just happened to have a really crappy night of sleep due to pain issues. I remember an unusual number of awakenings and tossing and turning.
If I beat myself up every time I didn't get AHI 0.0, I would be driving myself crazy trying to fix something that I simply couldn't fix anyway.
