Oscar/SleepyHead Missing Data
Oscar/SleepyHead Missing Data
I imported my data from the last month and both Oscar and SleepyHead showed "no data available". However both are showing data from the last three nights. Has anyone had this problem? If it weren't for the data being there for the last three nights I would have assumed the SD card was at fault. Can't figure it out. Any ideas out there in "hose land".

Re: Oscar/SleepyHead Missing Data
The first step is to see what dates are on your SD card. Open the card in Windows Explorer (or equivalent on your platform) and you'll see a DATALOG directory. In that directory you should see a subdirectory 2019. Look in the 2019 directory and you will see many files named yyyymmdd_*.EDF. What are the highest and lowest dates you see in those file names?joelrk35 wrote: ↑Mon Jul 01, 2019 9:22 amI imported my data from the last month and both Oscar and SleepyHead showed "no data available". What size is your SD card and how much free space is on it?

Re: Oscar/SleepyHead Missing Data
The datalog only has dates: from 20190627 to 20190701. I don't know what size the SD card is as it came with my AirSense 10 Auto, I think its 2GB.BlueDragon wrote: ↑Mon Jul 01, 2019 2:20 pmThe first step is to see what dates are on your SD card. Re: Oscar/SleepyHead Missing Data
Well, only three nights of data were imported because that is all there is on your SD card. The question is: what happened to older data (I assume there was some or you would not have asked your question). And the answer is, I can't tell. Maybe the card got formatted on 6/26?joelrk35 wrote: ↑Mon Jul 01, 2019 5:55 pmThe datalog only has dates: from 20190627 to 20190701. The only report I have seen that was at all similar to this involved an extremely small SD card (only 32 MB -- it must have been a very old card) and the card always had only the last few days of data and older data vanished. If you are using Windows, if you open your computer in Windows Explorer where it shows the drives, it should show how large your SD card is and how much free space is available. If you have a Mac, I'm sure there is some equivalent Info function for the drive the SD card is mounted on, but I can't direct you where to find it as I don't have a Mac.

Re: Oscar/SleepyHead Missing Data
I am working on an iMac. I've changed out the SD card for an 8 GB card. I'll wait a few days and download the data and see what shows up. Thanks for all the help. I'll post in a few days and see what shows. I still have data on MyAir but it doesn't give you much help. I've been on cpap for about nine years and this is the first glitch I have had.BlueDragon wrote: ↑Mon Jul 01, 2019 7:46 pmWell, only three nights of data were imported because that is all there is on your SD card. Re: Oscar/SleepyHead Missing Data
I have had a new 8 GB SD card in for several days and everything seems to be back to normal. All data is there when I import it from the SD card to Oscar. Still not sure if it was the old SD card had gone bad or some gremlin that showed up and left the scene. Anyhow thanks again for your help.joelrk35 wrote: ↑Tue Jul 02, 2019 3:42 pmI am working on an iMac. I've changed out the SD card for an 8 GB card.
