I would Google your area see who is available. Major DME's are Apria and Lincare which are mixed reviews depending where you live.

Step 1: get the provider list from your insurance. (Medicare if applicable)
Step 2: call each one, and ask them questions--brands/models covered, hours of operation,
willingness to special order, certification of experts in the house, insurance partners.
Exception: if you have no insurance, or yours does not cover cpap stuff, contact cpap.com
or secondwindcpap.com.

I find it Very uncommon to find a good DME.
The first one I dealt with was the exception. They would do almost anything I asked. Their staff was so "good" that even when I told them my insurance would no longer pay them, so there would be no more money, they still wanted to provide me with masks and supplies. When I tracked them down a few years later, they were no longer so generous.
I have had a few decent experiences with Crapria, but it generally requires five attempts to deliver 4 items as ordered.
I sometimes think it's a miracle that they stay in business and their patients stay alive. If pharmacists were as accurate as DMEs in delivering prescriptions there would be even more deaths attributable to prescription drugs.

Crapria stays alive by offering volume discounts to large insurers. The insurers care about the bottom line, not about quality. Crapria profits by huge volumes, such as the entire of Kaiser in California, at least. And because they undercut the competition, their margins are slim, so their staff and quality suck.

Moo, word to the wise about whatever DME company you choose:
NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, EVER, EVER EVER trust anything a DME tells you. ALWAYS check it out, here, with your insurer, with Medicare, etc. They lie like snakes. So you may dump one bad DME for another.
