what the, what the?? a broken sleepyhead chart

so, this happened last night-

i'm assuming alien interference with sleepyhead's ability to record my sleep data. only change i made was to increase my minimum pressure from 15 to 15.2 in response to my ahi creeping upwards over the last two nights.

as far as i remember, the machine turned on at my normal lights out time of 15-20 minutes after eleven. i DID get up to use the bathroom at about the time show here as the start time.

and that ahi that it DOES record? i would say that's bogus. i've been under 1 for the last month except for the times mentioned earlier which cause me to increase minimum pressure. plus, if it had been a genuine 2.23, i'd feel like crap today. and i feel fine.

not freaking out about this, but has this happened to anyone else?

The summary info shows the correct times try going into the menu’s and purging the current day’s data and reimporting

Data => Advanced => Purge Current selected Day

Did you turn the machine off and back on at any point? Could you have two sleep sessions, only one of which is showing on the charts? It would show on the bottom of the left side window if you do.

did that. it just re-imported the same data.

Clicking on those sleep session times turn on/off those sessions for charting and info purposes. Try clicking the one not showing in the chart and see what happens.

Edit: having both sessions showing also shows combined AHI and other stats. If only one shows in the graphs, only that one session is used for AHI and other calculations. I wonder if you had a brief power outage last night.

here's what i've got-
which seems to be quite the increase. this is showing an ahi of 5.40 for the shorter sleep session of 3 hrs 20 min.

next, that session close up-
i have NO idea why what WAS a session showing an ahi of 2.23 has now ballooned to 5.40. also, i consider the reading of my pressure near 20 to be bogus.

last up, the larger sleep session-
this is closer to true and in keeping with my ahi average. of course, it doesn't show ANY data!

btw, i misspoke (mis-typed?) earlier. while i didn't physically turn off the machine, of course there was a break in session when i went to the bathroom.

again, not upset or freaking out, merely curious.

to all: i take it if i install oscar, i can import this session?

back to noonesperfect-i don't think i had a power outage as even the briefest of interruptions screws with the microwave clock and it was fine this morning.

I've had a few sessions display corrupt data. Sometime purging the days data helped, other times it didn't. Every time though, the next days data imported just fine.

i just installed oscar and the results are the same. just looked at the screen and the machine reports 8:51 hours (which is correct) and ahi of 2.2, which i doubt.

anyway, i won't dwell on it.

Well, if nothing else, the math looks right.

as was suspected, it was aliens!
