Hey folks,
Yesterday, (Saturday), I took a nap “out of uniform”. By that, I mean I took that nap without putting on my mask .I think it was a big mistake. Even though, it was only for 1 hour, I woke up with a dry throat, and felt that I hadn’t slept. Don’t think I am going to try that again. Guess you could say that I’m “addicted” to CPAP?
Any comments?
My first post didn't work real well !!!!

As someone once said, "Obstructive apnea doesn't know where the sun is." So it's gonna happen even during a nap in the daytime. I remember so well the groggy, unrefreshed feeling I used to have pre-cpap if I took a nap, which was pretty often back in those sleepier days.
So, yep, you've got that right, Unknown Hosehead. This treatment isn't just a "bedtime" treatment. It's absolutely necessary anytime we sleep, no matter how brief we think the nap is going to be. Necessary, that is, if we want to keep breathing. Gotta suit up to play the game.
