New Bleeping Mask

Ok, I thought that the "bleeping mask" would be the answer to my dreams: No head gear at all! I checked reviews online and folks seemed to love it with only a few exceptions. But, since I have sensitive skin, I thought I should try out the tape first before buying the mask. GOOD IDEA! The hypoallergenic and latex free tape left an angry red patch on my arm. I would've looked like Rudolph's sister had I used the tape on my nose! So, if anyone is thinking about switching to this mask (so disappointed that I can't use it!!!), I'd suggest trying out the tape first.

Yep...if a person has a known sensitivity issue to adhesives...always a good idea to test it out first.
I have sent out about a dozen samples of the adhesive to people to try.
Most were okay with it but I think one person did have a problem.

I now have an entire roll of the tape! I'd gladly send samples, too, but I'd want a self-addressed stamped envelope from each person. Best.

Which tape did you buy?

I, too, tried out the tape (ordered it on Amazon) and I, too, ended up with an angry red mark! Then I emailed the mask's "inventor" to ask about the tape... found out that the tape I had ordered (meeting the specifications listed on the site) is NOT the tape used for the mask! So, I got a sample of the "real" tape - and it left no mark at all. I'm going to try the mask and be hopeful that the no angry red marks will show up.

If anyone wants to try the tape that the Bleep uses.... I still have some chunks of it that I will mail out and it won't cost you anything.
So far...I haven't found that specific tape available anywhere to buy and obviously as OP reported here...what Amazon has to offer isn't the same product.
