Sleepyhead and Philips dream maker problems

Hi,
Can someone please help me. I downloaded the sleepyhead 1.0.0 beta 2 but somehow nothing comes up after importing my SD card.
I've been asked to make a profile and I can see data is imported after hitting the import button but nothing comes up.

Tell us exactly what model number machine you have.
The model number is on the blower and starts with DSX.

Hi.
Thanks Pugsy for trying to help me but I think I 've found the problem. The computer didn't detect the SD card but was still importing some invalid or empty files. I think I should've restarted the computer after installing Sleepyhead.
