Newly returned CPAP user would like analysis

Post by digdug99 » Sat Apr 06, 2019 6:52 pm

Struggled on and off with CPAP and recently have had a good run of 30 days, feeling a slight improvement but not as much as I'd like, would love to get some help decoding my Sleeptalk data.

Thanks!

I would increase your min pressure to 7 or 8 and also bump up your max

Unfortunately I couldn't get all the metrics in one screenshot but between the top one and this it should have all the ones asked for.

Mostly I'm interested in how I can tweak my settings so I can feel better rested. I have pretty good compliance this time around but I'm only feeling marginally less sleepy and feel like I'm not getting everything I could out of CPAP.

Thanks again.

PS: Just realized it was only showing the first "session" of the night which was the short one, here's the longer second session.

Format your charts so the experts can help you. Your screenshot needs to include: Event Flags, Flow Rate, Pressure (you are showing the mask pressure now, there is another graph just called "Pressure"), Leak Rate, Flow Limit and Snoring. You can resize the chart by clicking on the grey line between graphs and reorder them by clicking on the graph title and dragging it to where you want it to have.

You can also lower the height of the events graph and pressure graph a bit to get more on the screen
