Dream station humidifier chamber leaking

Hi
It’s my first time to replace my humidifier chamber on dreamstation
In the morning I found some water under the container on top of the hot plate
I then decided to try the old one and there was no leak the next morning
I returned the one I bought and got a replacement one then it’s doing the same thing
When I check for leak visual nothing I can see
I assumed it happen when it gets hot inside but not convince that this can happen with 2 different chambers
I am just worry if the leak can short the unit as it kind of expensive stuff
Did any one got the same issue
