For Sale: BNIB HDM Z1 Auto, Powershell & extras

I have a brand new in box (BNIB) HDM Z1 Auto travel cpap package for sale. I had purchased my Z1 Auto a over a year ago, but made a warranty claim on it last month when the gasket to which the hose & adapter connect to the unit broke. While I was waiting for the warranty replacement, I ended up buying myself a ResMed AirMini. Once I received my warranty replacement, I no longer had a need for it, so now i am selling it as brand new in the box. It was opened by ApriaDirect to enter my settings and also by me now to take a picture of it. Otherwise, it is brand new and unused. I have a whole bunch of extras that I will include with the purchase, so here is what I have to sell:

• HDM Z1 Auto Cpap (I have an extra air filter which I will include)

• HDM Z1 Powershell with Standard battery

• Q-Tube (used to damper sound). I have an extra filter for it and the short tube to connect to the Z1

• Adapter for SoClean 2 or SoClean-2-Go (I used it with a the 2-Go)

• HDM Z1 carrying case with shoulder strap

• Unopened standard cpap tube

I thought I had an extra Heat Moisture Exchanger (HME) sitting around, but I can't seem to find it. If I do end up finding it, I will include with the package.

As far as the settings are concerned, They are set to my range (6-14), but I know how to change it, so I can send you instructions. I purchased the Powershell thinking I would need it, but ended up always plugging the Z1 in directly into an outlet. I charged the battery every so often to make sure it is working properly. I just charged it today and it is keeping the charge and operating the Z1 very well.

I see the unit & the battery together sell for over $800 online, but I am willing sell the entire package for $650. I take PayPal, Venmo & ApplePay. If you are close to northern NJ, I don't mind meeting up to exchange for cash. I only request that it be done somewhere public to ensure both yours and my safety. I am sorry . . . I don't understand the point of your links. They are all for the Z1 by itself. My package includes the Powershell & battery, among other things

I think what he's trying to say is that you are asking too much when you say the unit and battery sell for $800. That's old pricing. But the Powershell and battery are at least $300, albeit no longer sold by HDM who have upgraded it to the extended battery. So $430 for the Z1 Auto machine, plus let say $250 for the battery, = $680, so your price is fair at $550.

Of course, there's the issue of trusting a mail order seller with only 6 posts, who just joined the forum in November, but that's up to any buyer to do due diligence. Also, they may want to read your other posts on the machine...as well as other's posts. Z1's are tiny, come with integrated battery options, but are quite noisy.

yes, the Z1 is noisy, which is why I purchased the Qtube, which helped but not a lot. Also, I only used the standard tubing that came with the Z1 and never tried other tubing, which I heard improves the noise. My wife actually never complained about the noise and I was able to sleep with it, so I guess it wasn't all that bad.

I forgot to mention that I will cover the cost for 2-3 Day USPS Priority Mail to CONUS
