ResMed lumis 100 Screen flickering

I have purchased a ResMed Lumis 100 BiPAP machine one year back. Since today morning the machine is not getting on. the screen is blinking showing the logo for 2 seconds repeatedly. Did not get any response from the customer care support team. Please suggest if you have any suggestions.

felling upset for this situation.

Should be under warranty...return it to the seller.

Whose customer care team? ResMed's?

Contact the DME/place you bought it from for warranty replacement.

Unplug the machine, wait a minute. Plug it back in, ensure all electrical connections into the wall, back of the machine and power brick are firm.

I have already tried it on several plugs. but same problem persists. if i am removing the memory card, it is working. i think there is some problem with the memory card slot because some other memory card has been checked.
