Interpreting SleepyHead Results

I'm new on this forum and trying to interpret my recent results on my attached Sleepyhead chart. This is my fifth night to use the APAP and I thought I would post last night's results.

My settings last night were:

Resmed Airsense 10 Autoset (Auto Mode)
Pressure - 4-20
Humidity - 4
ResMed F30 Mask
Ramp - Off

I would appreciate any help in interpreting my attached chart. Thank you!
