Ask your doc to prescribe a full face mask for you for times of congestion. The insurance company will likely balk at paying for two masks, but at least you will have the Rx if you want to buy one on line out of pocket. It would be a good idea for times when you are heavily congested.
It is your right to have a copy both of the sleep study and of the Rx. This is the law. Ask your doc for copies. Snoredog is correct that the sleep lab tech cannot provide this to you, but your doctor can. If they don't offer, ask. If they balk, then insist. You need those pieces of paper.
