fragrance in water tank

Post by Big Jim » Sun Mar 03, 2019 12:19 pm

Is there a way to safely add a fragrance by putting something in the water tank?

hi there, and welcome to the zoo.

no, you don't want to put fragrance in the tank. instead, soak a cotton ball in the fragrance and set it outside the machine, in front of the air intake vent.

good luck!

Always keep fragrance OUTSIDE the tank.
That way, you can move it away if needed.
Nobody wants to spend an hour or more after midnight cleaning a tank.
Essential oils are nearly impossible to remove completely.

A real fighting man's perspective may be a little different...:)

"Smell that? You smell that? Napalm, son. Nothing else in the world smells like that.

I love the smell of napalm in the morning.

You know, one time we had a hill bombed, for 12 hours. When it was all over, I walked up. We didn't find one of 'em, not one stinkin' dink body. The smell, you know that gasoline smell, the whole hill. Smelled like… Victory. Someday this war's gonna end…"

Let me add that outside of fantasy, keep fragrances out of the humidifier tank.
