Well, my Remstar Auto with c-flex and heated humidifier arrived today! I spent some time this afternoon unpacking everything, reading the manual, installing the card reader, and Encore Pro Software. Then spent some time "practicing" with it once I got my Mirage Activa mask properly adjusted. Doesn't seem like it's going to be too bad to wear at night at all!
I'll report back in a few days on how things are going, keeping my fingers crossed that I respond well to APAP therapy.

It's been three months on the hose and I should tell you that now, I LOOK FORWARD to being hooked up - seems a strange thing to say, but I know that I will sleep well, wake up refreshed, and be of good cheer and even be funny in the morning - good luck as I share your excitement and anticipation....

I just got my auto with C-Flex today as well. No Encore Pro software --- yet. I'm an oddball, I test-fitted both the new Fisher & Paykel Infinity and the Oracle2. Settled on the Oracle2 as my first mask. Guess all those years with head-gear on with braces in junior high and high school leave me very comfortable with something sticking out of my mouth. A side benefit for me is that with the mouthpiece, I can't clench or grind my teeth. No way to get the two jaws together without biting through the mouth-piece.
I will say that I think the Infinity is a big improvement over both the Breeze and the Swift. It seems to "grip" the nose better which should reduce or eliminate the need for the headgear. Of course, I haven't slept with any of them; just my opinion from the fitting exercise.
So, I'm preheating the humidifier right now for my first attempt at this CPAP thing tonight. I'm extremely apprehensive -- and my Blue Heeler went running from the room when she saw the hose sticking out of my mouth when I was figuring out where on the nightstand to put the unit.
