Sleepyhead software question

I've used Sleepyhead with no issues in the past. Now I'm not getting "Event Flags" at all, even on old data, it's just a blank box. All the other graphs are there. I hadn't downloaded any data in probably 2 months until I tried 10 days ago.

I'm also not getting a "Pie Chart." I know if we're posting here that the pie chart is unnecessary, but I'm getting only a flashing "0.0!" which then becomes a yellow happy face icon - regardless of the AHI. This is not making me happy!

Any ideas on how to fix this? I have uninstalled & reinstalled the software.

Are you sure the sd card was in the machine last night?

Go to the data tab, and select rebuild. That often fixes issues like those.

I just did that, no change. Still no Event Flags and the stupid happy face. I know there were "events." AHI last night was 1.74, night before was 5.19 Anything else I can try?

Yes. I'm getting info, just not Event Flags, the most important thing.

Click on the box at the bottom right corner of your charts, and make sure you have the events flag turned on.
