I just realized that my 7 day sessions says 6 days.
I have never payed attention before so I do not know when it happened.
Should I be worried about it. I usually do not look at the numbers on the display, since it does not have a daily thing, and I am not in the mode to do calculations to figure out the daily numbers from the 7days. I aways check the EncorePro data, which gives a daily report.
Has anybody had problems with what the machine actually records?

I don't have the answer either but I wouldn't worry about.
I have had the same problem at the end of the first week. Below is what I have recorded in my log. This is what the screen shows for the running sessions >4 hrs total the next day with day 7 being 7 sessions (I don't have the software).
Day 1…..0; Day 2….1; Day 3…..3; Day 4….4; Day 5…..4; Day 6….6; Day 7….6. (What happened to 2 and 5?)
I slept at least 6 hrs each of the 7 days. After 2 full weeks it is settling out to 7 days but my 30 day average continues to show that missing day.
Between the download that the DME will provide the ENT and my log, being compliant should not be an issue. One day out of 1.5 months should not be a problem.

This has happened to me as well, just noticed it this weekend. I have missed four total days since starting this whole thing in May. My machine (M auto) this weekend said 6 of 7 with use > 4 hours. I downloaded my card and it showed the missing hours (about 7 and half), but interestingly there was not detail in the encore pro report for that night.
I have also noticed that there are blank days in the myencore data, but I attributed that to the bugs in the program when running the M series and the latest version of the encore software.

I am bringing this thread back because it happened this morning for me. The Encore summary shows last night, but there is no detail page for last night. I noticed that other people said it happened on Saturday night, also. What happened?
I have the M series Auto, and have just been using Encore, not My Encore. Would I have the details in My Encore?
I guess it is no big deal to miss the data, but I am curious to know what is going on and if it needs to be fixed.
Thanks for any help.

Catnapper,
Unfortunately I can't tell you what is going on.
It may be a big deal if you are missing data, especially if youn need to show compliance either for the insurance, licence bureau or who ever else needs it.

Can anyone figure this out.
If I sleep in one big block of time on Saturday night I lose the data, unless the smart card does not have many sessions on it.
Last night I slept in two blocks:
5:59 - 9:54 PM and
1:51 - 7:45 AM.
I was surprised to find the time slept recorded, even though there were more then seven sessions on the card.
I have two thoughts on this:
1. the first session was before a night time, so a missed recording would not have happened.
2. The second session happened after a night time of when a recording would have not happened.
Somewhere I remember James (JSkinner) mentioning something about going to bed after 2AM, and I do not remember if he said it did or did not record. I need to find that post.
