I have the My Encore icon. But, when I click the icon it eventually brings up this error message:
"Unable to acces the EncorePro database"
"MyEncore will close...
index #0
"Message:SQL server does not exist or access denied"
LineNumber: 0
"Source: .Net SqlClient Data Provider"
"Procedure: ConnectionOpen ((Connect))
Not sure if I downloaded the framework.net correctly
Encore Pro works fine. I can download the card data etc to Encore Pro.

Bring up EncorePro first and see if it can access the database. You can test the connection from the Maintenance Setup menu (upper right).
Make sure the database is running, data has been downloaded from SmartCard using EncorePro then you can pull up MyEncore.
It has to work in EncorePro first.

Make sure you are using the correct version of MyEncore, for your Encore Pro.
The newer is version 15b7. and works with Encore Pro 1.5 and above. Jim
