As with any herbicide, through the process of selection, some weeds will develop resistance. Any farmer who hasn't gone bankrupt knows to rotate herbicides and use a multi-prong approach. That means herbicides, cover crops, and crop rotation.

This is just not true.
They are referring to this:

"Plus the industrial solvent dihydrogen monoxide!"

It DOES make weeds grow bigger :)
