If you don't know the answers...how do you know it's the pressure that is the problem...With a setting of 4/20, and no monitoring, you have no idea if your highest pressure was 15 or 8....the high setting of 20 doesn't mean your pressure ever got anywhere close to 20. Pressure relief being set to on is good, but what is the setting? It may not be high enough. I am including the site for the clinical manual for your machine. I suggest you figure out how to check (and change if necessary) the settings. https://www.respshop.com/manuals/ResMed ... %20her.pdfAHI88 wrote: ↑Mon Dec 24, 2018 3:09 pm@LSAT this is not the answer you looking for, but honestly I cannot really explain, all it is I need to remove the mask asap and give myself a break Cpap less.
I'm a little concerned why some say it's difficult to breath at 4cm, I find this strangely easier and most comfortable, used this for my 10min ramp and had no issues.
If anything it's the high pressures i feel to be wierd? I find exhalining difficult against the pressure even though pressure relief is set to on.
Before I started the therapist set it to 4 / 20 (probably like they always do) I've been doing some experiments thereafter.
After waking up after 2 hours I just need a break and need to remove the mask, I then fall asleep quickly without it and end up waking the next morning, leaving me with only 2hours event free![]()

Re: Testing Max pressure 4cm
Bit of an update and Merry Xmas everyone.
So last night I did 4/4 and manged 4 hours (2hours more) however my AHI was 13
Readjusted to 4/10 with AHI of 0
So the testing has to continue
