Sleepyhead not working

I have a brand new Dreamstation ASV DS and cant get the SD card to download any info? Any ideas.... :(

It is not compatible with the DreamSation unless you get the very latest version that hasn’t been released. Still in testing stages.
Send prodigyplace a private message......I think he can help you with it.

Otherwise Encore Pro is your only option.
