so any tips to lower Clear airway ?

Were you asleep when they got flagged or awake/semi awake?
Go here and watch the videos so you can learn how to decide real vs awake events.
If you weren't asleep they don't count and are to be ignored.

Ignore them... or lower your pressure support.
