Some of you may have already found this website, it is new to me and has up to date information on many, many sleep subjects. There are several areas with simple explanations as opposed to a doctor's thesis with fourteen syllable words that we read with a medical dictionary in our lap.

EDIT was on the subject line. I correct the word "is" to read "if" , it comes after the word website. I tried this once before and it didn't work. I will be curious to see if the correction stays.
