The one that screams out at me....altitude.
Your sleep study was done at a facility over 3K feet lower than where you live (over 4 K feet).
That's the one change I would target first.
You need to have a sleep study done at an altitude near where you live.

High Altitude can affect central apnea by significantly worsening it for some people.
