Is anyone home at our Sponsor

I've been calling our sponsor and it seems no one is home. Yesterday afternoon, this morning and this afternoon I have tried calling them (many times) to place an order. It goes to the prerecorded welcome message telling me they would be with us shortly and it stays there without anyone picking up/ Anyone know if they are having phone problems or are they just unusually busy?

Holiday weekend?
Don't they do Labor Day promotions?
Maybe setting up for a really big sale--watch that space!
