Post by Sillyoldfrog » Tue Aug 07, 2018 9:21 am

My EPH jumps from 5 to 40 and back down. I try to sleep on my left side. What could cause it ti jump so far from night to night. I ha e been using my CPAP for over 7 months.

What kind of events? What machine are you using, What pressure? What mask? How is your sleep? Why not fill in your Equipment profile, download sleepyhead software and post some charts.... Information in my signature area.

welcome to the pond!

you should be aware that each of us here is different. we have different machines, different masks, different pressure needs. that means each of us need different advice to respond to any situation.

maybe not as bad as THAT, but pretty close. so if you could take the time to do as lsat suggests, it would enable the experts here to help you out.

here is a thread that that will help you out-
