Been on CPAP for about one month. Still cannot get my AHI below 75. Does anyone have any suggestions ?

It would be helpful if you could post additional information.
1) Brand and model number of your CPAP machine.
2) Pressure setting on your machine.
3) Get, install, and run a report on SleepyHead software so we could see what the AHI of 75 consists of.
...(Some machines don't collect the details of the AHI so SleepyHead won't be able to report if your machine is one of them.
....Members will be able to provide guidance on this issue once you post your CPAP model information.)
4) Get a copy of your sleep study and post the apnea numbers from the study.
5) Number of hours each night using your machine.

A user LSAT has a link to getting a copy of SleepHead at the bottom of his (her?) post. Just search for a post by LSAT to find it.
A user PUGSY has posted extensively on what information is most useful when posting SleepHead results.
