I had to think about this post for a bit. It's obviously spam but I hadn't ever heard of this product or seen it.
So I went and looked at it and later will do more checking on it or maybe some of you guys might do more research on it.

I decided to let it through because it might be what someone might want to use once they got past the sticker shock. Pricey little gadget.
Someone might what it for some reason and I don't believe in telling people how to spend their money if they want something. I can see that it could be useful for some people.

So yeah, I know it probably technically is a spam post from the amazon seller..it might be a useful tool for someone and thus I won't remove it.

This wrist worn unit visually appears to be the exact same wireless pulse ox that works via bluetooth with plus versions of the Moyeah-badged Resvent PAP machines. So I'm wondering if the finger worn version will show up on the Moyeah store or on aliexpress. I'm not able to find it there, but my search fu may be lacking.

It is kind of funny that they just photoshopped this new unit into the exact same brochure as they did the last one:

...so it's a little hard to tell exactly how large the unit is.

Adding actigraphy to both the finger worn and wrist worn pulse ox devices is a nice touch, but the app doesn't seem do any scoring, just a raw data graph, which limits the usefulness. If only these could feed sleepyhead rather than a proprietary app...
