Cpapusa

Post by deserdove1964 » Wed Jul 25, 2018 1:19 pm

Ordered a mask and headgear kit for one price and was charged an additional $10 for the headgear and then I paid for 2nd day delivery and got it 7 Days Later the only real person I have talked with at this company has been the lady at the answering service otherwise they only thing I have been able to get through only way I have been able to get through is through their chat line and the poor guy RJ knows who I am why is it a company says one thing and does a whole nother thing and why can't anybody from that company that is a real person respond back to their customers this company it has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with and I have worked in customer service all of my life I don't think I will ever order from this company again and I will make sure that I go on to social media which oh yeah by the way they do have a Facebook page but yet they don't respond to that either so whoever this guy are neither of them will respond.

All this rant and threat to post on social media...yet...he never mentioned the company. ( Iguess it could be one of several that are mentioned often).

If you'd have purchased it from www.cpap.com (the provider of this forum) you wouldn't have had those problems.
By the way, they have mask kits, too.
