Surprisingly, they say heel raises while sitting at your desk are effective. One would expect you weight on the muscle is needed to make it effective. Office workers don't have an excuse now.
I watched it a couple of weeks ago on TV. Did you catch why taking showers vs. baths is a negative?

I think that I will take up skipping, or at least stretch the ankles as shown in the video. Also, I'll put cinnamon in my coffee from now on.
