Re: AHI
How is your sleep quality?
Do you wake up often during the night and/or does it take you much time to get to sleep?
The CA/central events you have to ignore...so mentally remove them from your evaluation process. An occasion central is normal and nothing we can do about it and nothing we need to do about occasional centrals anyway.
Your AHI is relatively low already and would be even lower if you remove the CA portion of the AHI.
If you are sleeping soundly/decently and feeling good during the day then I don't know that I would feel the need to reduce the AHI any further.
Why the big blank space in the middle of the night though...and why such short hours of sleep? Is this common for you?
Obviously you woke up and turned the machine off for a while and then turned it back on. Did you actually go back to sleep that last segment of approx 1 hour or did you toss and turn and never really get back to sleep?
