Welcome to the forum.

Try unplugging from electric source for about a minute and plug it back in. This forces the systems software to reboot...similar to what we do when we have to reboot a computer when it hangs up. Then see what it says the next morning after you have used the machine.

The ResMed S9 was known to get stuck on 0 occasionally but the AirSense machines I haven't heard about those models doing it.
The reboot trick works to fix the S9 machines.

Use available software and see for sure what the machine is recording and if it isn't recording properly then there is a problem with the machine and you need to take it back.

You also might want to try manually turning it on, if you are relying on the autostart feature.
