Old New Guy needs help
Hi everyone. I was on this board years ago (old screen name long forgotten) and stopped using APAP back then. I have forgotten all I learned here. I am back on an a PR DreamStation Auto and have no idea what any of this means. Would some patient souls attempt to explain some of this to me. Thank you.

You need more min pressure, me thinks.
Philips Respironics Trilogy 100
AVAPS-AE Mode
PS Min 6, PS Max 18, EPAP Min 4, EPAP Max 12

I say raise the min (slightly) too. You're not hitting your max, but I would also raise it a bit "just in case." If you do hit a higher pressure and it proves bothersome, you can always turn it back.
Note that some experts say under 5 is good. I think that your number is good, but not optimal. Also, you seem to be snoring a lot.

Try 1 cm more minimum starting pressure.
The bulk of the ugly on your report is snores and a good chunk of those snores happened in large leak.
Snores are usually easily reduced with just a minor increase in pressure.
More minimum might also help with the leak situation so that the mask seals better when it goes higher if it is fitted at a higher pressure to start with.
What seals good at 6 cm might not seal so great when the pressure hits 10 cm. Fit at 7 cm and see if the change to 10 causes less leaks.

Re: Old New Guy needs help
Thanks so much for the input. I raised the pressures from 6 Minimum & 12 Maximum to 8 Minimum & 14 Maximum. I'll see how that works and post tonight's results for comparison. I am using a Simplus Full Face Mask and I don't detect leaks while awake. The mask is comfortable. QUESTION: Is it possible for a mask to work better with a trimmed beard than without? I think this may be the case for me as I tend to have oily skin and my beard is not.
