I here that it's better to sleep in a cool room vs a warm one.
Do any of you know what temperature you try to keep your bedroom at?
I, being in Minnesota, keep it at 54 to 62 degrees in the winter (not a problem)
In summer with air conditioning I still crank it down so it's around 67 at night. I have to admit I use a touch of electric blanket year round...

Room Temperature
Mark,
We turn the furnace off at night in the winter time and the temp stays at about 60 degrees. In the summer, I can keep it close to that, too.

One of the beautiful features of PAP is that the air is supplied from a distance, not at the normal place, that is, the nose.
This helps with odors that may originate in the bed area. Others are affected by it, but not the PAP user.
Another thing is the ability in cold weather to cover your entire head with a thick comforter and not get suffocated because the air is from the outside.
But this is a problem if another person isin the bed and does not use a PAP.
They can freeze and you can be burrowed away in the warm.
I love to sleep at about 60 in the winter. My wife likes to sleep at about 74.
We sleep at 74.
