How often do you need to change nasal cushion?

I have a Dreamwear Nasal Mask and was wondering how often you change the cushions? I know what the insurance allows. I have been using my cushion for over 2 months now. I found that it leaks a little more than usual and it's probably time to change it.

I think I changed my first one around 7 weeks. When I kept having to mess with it to get it to lie right is when I changed it. I’ve been alternating weeks since I got more, and I’ve been using those two for a couple of months (I’m almost four months in with apap) They definitely last longer than two weeks for me.
