I raised minimum by 1 to 6 and lowered EPR to 1. Not making much progress. Any suggestions?

Your pressure line is still very active, try lowering the EPR again,.. and raise the minimum again if that doesn't make enough difference.... this is a process... you're inching up to where you need to be.

Tried lowering (turning off) EPR and AHI got worse.

I will try putting EPR back to 2. I suspect I need to get mouth leaks under control although my mouth is not exceptionally dry.

Thanks for the idea, though

There is not much you can do about your CAs...Pressure adjustments normally don't help. Most are called sleep/awake/junk. They come from times when you stop breathing for 10+ seconds but there is no blockage. Often restlessness or rolling over. If you don't count them, you had a decent night.
