Dereck.....I'm using the CL-2......and the two of us get along great. I'm using lanolin made for breastfeeding mothers.....on my nares. Works great!
Also, you may find that you need to adjust the angle of the nasal pillows to your nose. I use garbage bag ties to do that. Works great!
Finally, you may need to bend the metal support on the bottom so that the pillows are either closer together....or further apart.
Hopefully, in later generations, they'll come up with a better way to adjust the nasal pillows.....and we won't have to resort to what I described above.

Thanks for all the tips here on adjusting the nasal pillows. I still have irritation when I use them even with chapstick. I will look into the lanolin. I don't think it is a matter of angle, I think I have them adjusted correctly. They do seal rather well and are so quiet. I want to make them work just because they are so quiet. I use the nasal Simple Cusion now and like that as well. I use the medium size and after adjusting have it so my nose doesn't bottom out in it. Its amazing how adjustible this mask is. I tried the large Simple Cusion and it was huge.. kind of hovererd on my face and never would seal unless I pressed on it.
I really like this mask and I appreciate all the info here on this forum that led me to it. This is a great resource! Thanks to all.
