I may have missed this and I’m sorry if I did but has your wife had a complete new sleep study since the ablation for her AFib? It sounds like her AFib was causing the low heart rate and subsequent low O2 saturation levels. If her AFib is cured then she may not need the XPAP. Or does her cardiologist want her to use it as a possible preventive?. But if she no longer has any apnea’s ( did she ever actually have over 5/hr ?) and desaturations, then there would be no benefit to XPAP. ..??
If it seems advisable, after repeat study, that she would benefit from XPAP, then there are very more reasonable places to buy them than from a DME. Good Luck and Best Wiskes for your wife, and you.
