My AHI's while cruising in the Caribbean were mostly under 2, but since my return I seem to be having more hypopneas. I'm wondering if I shouldn't raise my max pressure from 15 to ?
This was last night's SH

I think that would be a good idea....your machine was trying to go higher on several occasions. May as well take it to 20 and see how high the machine needs to go.

You have relatively few Clear Airway (or Central) events. Since you only posted one night's worth, I can't determine whether you have a lot of such events on a consistent basis. I would turn it up one point each week until you started having more CA events, or start experiencing leaks or other discomforts. At that point, turn it back down to the higherst number before the CA's. leaks, or discomforts started.
I have my max at 20 (the machine max), but since I never hit 17, it doesn't really mean anything different (for me) than 17 would.

I would open it up to 20. See what happens. Unless it causes problems like aerophagia or centrals (which I really don't think it will cause centrals) or wakes you up a lot with the changes...might as well let the machine sort it out.
The hyponea clusters...probably either on your back or during REM or a little of both.
FWIW...I would sometimes see clusters like that and I need around 18 at those times. For me it's REM related. I just let the machine sort it out.
I may have to RISE but I refuse to SHINE.

Breathing in the salt-water air probably helped open his nasal passages a bit more, so better cpap therapy.
Makes me wonder if that would continue if he bought a NeilMed nasal saline kit down at the local drug store, and used it everyday.

... and eat, sun and dance like on a cruise ship.
