Post by jac31470 » Wed Oct 18, 2006 8:23 am

Hi, I am Jennifer. I just started CPAP about a week ago. I have found this site to be a huge help. I have not noticed much difference in the way I feel but I know that it will take time. Thanks for all the great advice on here.

Hi, Jennifer, and welcome to the forum! Let us know if you have any questions.

Some people feel better immediately, and with some it takes a while. Sometimes people need a change in their pressure or a different mask to make their therapy more effective.

Let us know how it goes for you!

Hello Jennifer and welcome.

I started 12 days ago.

Hopefully we will be healthy and reaping the benefits for many years to come.
