How does a mask for the mouth THEN add the nasal pillows on top of that, sound to you..It seems that it would be more comfortable to not have it on your head..

Sounds good. Sounds a lot like the way the Hybrid mask is designed, which unfortunately didn't work well for me. Maybe we'll see some more masks designed like you described arrive on the scene in the future.

I put the TAP II into my mouth to form the basis for a new CPAP
