How am I doing? Sleepyhead screenshots

Post by youngcd12 » Fri Dec 22, 2017 6:47 am

Hi everyone,

I started CPAP therapy 2 weeks ago. Here are some screenshots from Sleepyhead. I'm curious how you guys think I'm doing. My AHI during my one home sleep study was 6.5. I've attached screenshots of an average night (last night) and a bad night (last Friday night). Any tips, or things that jump out at you would be super appreciated. So many of you are so knowledgable here that I'd really appreciate some input!
Thanks
Good night:

The only thing that I noticed was that on your bad night your pressure was 7/13 ad then you increased the pressure to 8/14. I would stay where you are for now and possibly increase the minimum pressure to 8.5 or 9.0. if your AHI doesn't drop a little more.

As LSAT said, you need to increase your minimum pressure.
