Headgear Headaches

I get headaches at the base of my skull every morning and it has to be from the headgear. Yes I HAVE loosened it and adjusted it numerous times and tried a couple of different ones. It's adjusted to the point now that it's so loose that I get air leaks easily but still the dull headaches. Has anyone found a different style of headgear that doesn't ride at the base of your skull or just below? I'm using the AirTouch F20 memory foam full face mask and headgear that comes with it now. I wish I could find something with a hard molded shell in the back that you could tighten the straps over
