Yikes, I remember the Nebraska winters – and while there is no good time of year to have your car stolen and trashed, winter makes it even tougher. Best wishes to your tadpole, I hope he can get another set of wheels soon.

I hope the gofundme page gains some traction. Kids deserve a break, especially hard working ones. Having your car stolen is hardly fair, and even if there was insurance, they would only pay book value minus the deductible, not enough to buy another reliable car. I'm sorry it happened.
